Welcome to JASHORES LIMITED. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at jashores.co.uk, and the services provided, including filming, wedding photography, music videos, and short films. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity that uses the services provided by JASHORES LIMITED.
  • "Company" refers to JASHORES LIMITED, the provider of filming, wedding photography, music video production, and short film services.
  • "Services" refer to all photography, videography, and related production services provided by the Company.
  • "Website" refers to jashores.co.uk.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Clients must book our services by submitting a booking request through our website, email, or phone.
  • Full payment is required 14 days before the event date.
  • Payment methods include credit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 10 days before the event date are eligible for a partial/full refund, minus the deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the service or offer an alternative solution.

4. Service Delivery

  • The final edited materials (photos, videos, etc.) will be delivered within 14-21 days after the event.
  • The Company will provide the final product in the agreed format (e.g., digital files, physical albums).
  • The Client is entitled to 1 revision for any post-production work. Any additional edits may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All photos, videos, and other media captured or created by JASHORES LIMITED remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • JASHORES LIMITED reserves the right to use any media produced for promotional purposes on its website, social media platforms, and marketing materials, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must ensure that all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents (e.g., venue access, model releases) are obtained before the event date.
  • JASHORES LIMITED is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third parties, including venues or other vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • JASHORES LIMITED will take all necessary precautions to ensure the quality and safety of its services. However, we will not be held liable for any unforeseeable circumstances that may affect the outcome of the project, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or accidents.
  • The Company’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

8. Force Majeure

  • JASHORES LIMITED will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in relation to the services provided by JASHORES LIMITED will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

11. Amendments

JASHORES LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
